Mollie Ann Huff and Russell Austin Holland were married at Fayetteville First Baptist Church on Saturday evening, June 21, 2008. The Rev. Glenn Stringham and the Rev. Chris Perkins performed the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Al and Sissy Huff of Fayetteville. The groom is the son of Terry and Sharon Holland, also of Fayetteville. The bride, escorted by her father, wore her mother’s Ron LoVece cathedral length gown. The French Alencon lace and organza dress featured off the shoulder ruched sleeves and a scalloped sweetheart neckline. She carried a bouquet of white roses, pearl stephonotis, and hypericum berries, wrapped in white silk and studded with pearls. Martha Claire Huff, the bride’s sister, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennie Comer of Charleston, S.C.; Jennifer Davis of Fayetteville; Gretchen Gailey of Dunwoody; Christina Knox of Birmingham, Ala.; Katie Sellers of Fayetteville; and Beth Ann Watson of Birmingham, Ala. Terry Holland, the groom’s father was best man. Groomsmen were Chip Barber of Alpharetta; Jeremy Garner of Jacksonville, Fla.; Wade Holland, the groom’s brother, of Fayetteville; Jared Shafer of Peachtree City; Peter Stovall of Decatur; and Matt Tisdel of Atlanta. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Whitewater Creek Country Club. The couple honeymooned at Cabo SanLucas, Mexico and now resides in Vinings. login to post comments |
