Local teams run at Last Chance Invitational

OLM’s boys placed third in the Class A-AA division of the Last Chance Invitational at Carrollton on Saturday.

The top five runners for the boys were:
• Matt Lethbridge, 2, 16:33.83
• Jake Lethbridge, 7, 17:05.89
• Jonathan Bridier, 12, 17:27.30
• Justin Yakubesan, 20, 17:44.97
• Tim Kennedy, 37, 18:22.13

OLM’s girls placed second in the Class A-AA division of the meet. Their top five runners were:
• Megan Malasarte, 4, 20:05.71
• Andrea Raville, 9, 20:41.20
• Colleen Kelly, 16, 21:45.30
• Jessica Adams, 24, 22:13.56
• Sarah Hohenberger, 28, 22:26.57

In the Class AAAA division, the McIntosh boys placed fifth, Sandy Creek took 10th, and Fayette County finished 13th.

The top five runners for McIntosh were:
• Carl Eifert, 10, 17:49.30
• John Janigan, 17, 18:08.62
• Nathan Reeves, 23, 18:20.86
• James Breest, 26, 18:24.00
• Ben Brettin, 59, 19:11.80

Sandy Creek’s top five were:
• Derek Wojcik, 32, 18:32.48
• Ross Logsdon, 46, 18:53.03
• Blair Taylor, 68, 19:31.13
• Jeremy LeBlance, 75, 19:41.54
• Galen Coles, 81, 19:47.01

Fayette County’s top five were:
• Jacob Heard, 11, 17:51.25
• Austin Vorwald, 69, 19:31.49
• Brett Gaglione, 71, 19:33.84
• Wesley Satterwhite, 96, 20:13.54
• Josh Mardis, 105, 20:21.09

McIntosh girls placed sixth in the AAA division of the meet, while Fayette County placed 14th.

The top five runners for McIntosh were:
• Emily Husted, 18, 22:15.13
• Ally Montemurro, 32, 23:05.39
• Devon Fischer, 36, 23:19.96
• Shelby Goodwin, 51, 23:50.40
• April Esposito, 59, 24:09.22

Fayette County’s top five were:
• Rachel Shirey, 82, 25:21.22
• Brook Heard, 85, 25:24.30
• Crystal Scott, 86, 25:28.79
• Kensey Seidel, 93, 25:55.98
• Brittany Scott, 100, 26:11.97

Sandy Creek’s girls ran in the meet but did not have enough runners to qualify for points.
Their top runners were:
• Ivori Sneed, 22, 22:38.82
• Shelby Bolling, 29, 22:57.24
• Stephanie Gasper, 95, 26:00.11
• Molly Montgomery, 119, 27:56.35
