RE 74% Graduation Rate

I'd like to remind Mr Brilliant that you don't have to be "brilliant" to know that a 74% graduation rate is a parenting problem, not a school/government problem. As Ted Knight said in the movie Caddyshack: "The world needs ditch diggers too."
