George M. Brooks, Fayetteville, died Oct. 19, 2008. Services are this morning at 11 a.m. at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Hugh Kirby officiating. Interment is at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include his wife, Betty Brooks, Fayetteville; sons, Barry and Cynthia Brooks, Brooks, and Mike and Tracey Brooks, and Tracy and Sherri Brooks, all of Fayetteville; and six grandchildren. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
