Hundreds of runners took to the streets in Peachtree City this morning for the annual PTC Classic Road Race. Though the rain subsided there was a chill in the air at the start.

Officials blocked off the southbound lanes of Peachtree Parkway from McIntosh Trail to Braelinn Road and much of the route was on the city's golf cart path system.
