Dennis and Rebecca Osterhage of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Elizabeth, to John Nicholas Nelms, son of Jane Nelms and the late John Nelms of Peachtree City.

The bride-to-be earned a B.A. in film from Georgia State University and an M.A. in English from Northwestern University. She is currently employed by Strayer University in Atlanta.

The groom-elect is studying media and culture at Georgia State University. He currently is employed by Ted’s Montana Grill in Peachtree City.

The wedding will be Friday, Nov. 21, 2008 in Atlanta.
