F. Joseph Pelletier
F. Joseph "Joe" Pelletier, 81, Fayetteville, died Sept. 17, 2008. He was born Jan. 29, 1927 in Nashua, N.H. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Florence Bechard Pelletier, and a brother, Lucien Pelletier. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the United States Navy. Long-term residents of Nashua, he and his wife moved to Fayetteville in 2005. A memorial mass was held at the Church of St. Gabriel with the Rev. Father Karl Duggan officiating. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Betty Dobens Pelletier, Fayetteville; son, Marc Pelletier, Fayetteville; a daughter, Kim Pelletier ad Tony Giovannitti, Fayetteville; a grandson, Joe Pelletier, Nashua, N. H.; step-grandchildren, Gabriel Giovannitti and Christin Giovannitti, Gulfport, Ms.; and a brother, Marcel and Marguerite Pelletier, Nashua, N.H.
