Georgia print some money?

Since Georgia is running out of money that they budgeted to spend, can they, like the federals, just print some more---maybe confederate money?

It seems that the federal reserve can do that without anyone's approval, so why can't Sonny do it for just Georgia?

I know he can't lay-off a few score thousands of employees, they have a lifetime contract, but he could just pay them in confederate money!

If Sonny played his cards right, he might get his trip (about $500,000) that he is now on, or just got back, paid for by the countries he visited---or simply don't pay the bill at all!

He keeps cutting the state tax refunds that the school boards used to get in order to spend for other things(which we must pick-up
locally here). Maybe he could do that for some of the state's departments?

I can tell him right now that I'm not paying any more sales taxes now than I have to pay!
He better cut something!
