Special to The Citizen It’s one-stop shopping at the 2008 “Find it in Fayette!” Community Expo. Over 100 exhibitors will showcase their products and services at the Fayette Chamber’s annual trade show, offering show specials and give-away items to visitors. The Fayette County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend the Expo on Friday, Sept. 19, 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 20, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at New Hope Church, 551 New Hope Road, Fayetteville. Visitors will enjoy tasty food samples from food vendors like Chick-fil-A, Affordable Catering, Cookies by Design, and JavaTropico Coffee House. Many exhibitors will offer show specials and give-away items, and visitors can register for door prizes including Air Tran tickets, an iPod, tickets to Atlanta Motor Speedway, weekend getaways and more. Lively demonstrations including cooking, hair styling, and taekwondo are scheduled throughout the Expo. Entrepreneurs and small business owners will especially be interested in the Entrepreneur Extravaganza that will be featured at the Expo on Friday only. Local, state and national experts will be able to provide resources for writing a business plan, obtaining a business license, importing and exporting, obtaining financing and more. Admission to the Expo is free and there’s something for everyone, so don’t miss this exciting community event. Why fight the traffic?
