Tribute Quartet heads singing at Line Creek
Members of Line Creek Baptist Church (formerly in Fayette but now in Coweta) will host their annual singing Friday, Sept. 5, at 7 p.m. at the church on Bob Smith Road off Lower Fayetteville Road. Featured will be the Tribute Quartet from Nashville, Tenn. For more information, call the church, 770-253-9393.

White Oak to present talent show Sept. 13
White Oak Presbyterian Church, ARP, in Coweta County, will present its annual Talent Show, Saturday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m. The evening will offer fun, fellowship, food and entertainment. The church is at 2796 Gordon Rd. near the intersection of Ga. Hwy. 54, south of Turin.

Free gospel singing set for Sept. 28
A free gospel singing will be held at Colley Park in Grantville (Coweta County) Sunday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m. featuring the Christianaires from LaGrange, One Accord from Columbus, the Toomey Family from Buena Vista, and others. Yard sale, BBQ, gospel sing planned in Moreland
On Oct. 4 beginning at 10 a.m. Emmanuel Baptist Church, 336 Cline Rd., Moreland, will have a huge yard sale, barbecue with all the fixin’s and an all day gospel sing featuring the Toomey family from Buena Vista, Masters Touch from Eustiss, Ala., One Accord from Columbus, Christianaires from LaGrange, Danny Geter from LaGrange, Danny Spencer from Newnan, Amazing Grace from Franklin, and Mona Gayle Presly from LaGrange.
