Erma Powers Taylor, Hampton, formerly of Fayetteville, died Aug. 30, 2008. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed life, friends, and family. She was a member of the Fellowship Sunday School class, Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. Services were at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mark Westmoreland and the Rev. Bob Partridge officiating. Survivors include her husband, Wallace Taylor; sons, John Powers and David and Debbie Powers; a daughter, Peggy and John Dial; grandchildren, Wayne and Jennifer Powers, Matthew and Dianne Powers, Lindsey Dial, and Travis Dial; and great-grandchildren, Meghan and Carson Powers, Tyler and Hannah Powers, and Ella Dial. Memorial donations may be given to the Hospice Advantage Care, 101 Yorktown Dr., Ste. 223, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
