The Rehabilitation Dep't. at Southland Health and Rehab will host a reception to celebrate "National Rehabilitation Awareness Week" on Thursday, Sept. 25 from 3-4pm. All graduates of the rehab program are invited to attend along with the community to tour our facility and learn about our rehabilitation department.
National Rehabilitation Awareness Week is designed to increase awareness of the value and impact of rehabilitation. Most Americans will require at least one rehabilitation service at some point in their lives. Rehabilitation is an integral prat of healthcare and a tremendous component in providing patients with positive outcomes.
