Peachtree City’s Craig Automotive celebrates their 10th anniversary September 6 from 11a.m. to 3 p.m. With hamburgers, hotdogs and door prizes, as well as a live band, Where’s Charlie, owner Gary Craig is counting on a festive day.

Shop manager Glenn Wacaster explained how some of the secrets to their success are simple, and really quite obvious. It’s all about a family oriented staff and family values. He explains, “My family taught me above all else, be honest.” He continues, “All Craig Automotive employees are like family. We treat our customers like family, too.”

Wacaster’s favorite service is one your father would recommend, “maintenance, because it saves you money in the long run.”

In their 10 years of business Wacaster comments that they have had many customers learn that Craig Automotive will fix it right and cheaper, after getting other quotes. On quotes, he emphasizes, “We will not spend your money without your permission.”

Wacaster and Craig are both motivated by keeping cars running smoothly and dependably. Wacaster says he went into the business because he wanted to work with the public and give honest, professional service.
