Ann B. Nation, 70, Griffin, formerly of Riverdale, died Aug. 25, 2008. She was born Feb. 10, 1938 in Fayette County, daughter of Edgar L. and Maggie Lee Huddleston Banks Sr. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Tom Daugherty officiating. Interment was at Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery, Riverdale. Survivors include husband, Wayne Nation, Griffin; sons, Jon and Roxy Nation, and Bryan and Carol Nation; a daughter, Anita Nation; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Edgar L. and Helen Banks Jr.; a sister, Kathleen and Ray MacMahon; a sister-in-law, Inez Hefner; mother-in-law, Jewell Neal Nation; and brothers-in-law, Derel and Ella Mae Nation, and Larry and JoAnn Nation. Carl J. Mowell & Sons Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
