Jennifer and Scott Lackey of Newnan announce the birth of their daughter, Kember Grace, born Aug. 23, 2008. She weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz., and was 20 inches long. Grandparents are Jan and Rick Stewart of Fayetteville and Linda and Dave Lackey of Newnan. Great-grandparents include Betty and Don Gasaway of Roopville and Mary Stewart of Marietta.Kember was welcomed home by her sister, Kaitlyn, age 3.
