Lucille Bernard Westbrook, 96, Union City, formerly of Augusta, died Aug. 21, 2008. She was born in Iradell County, N.C. She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Daisy Campbell Barnard, brothers, William Barnard, Royal Barnard, and a son, David Curtis Westbrook, and sisters, Ethel Brewer, Nella Barnard, and Helen Bell. Graveside services were at Grassy Knob Baptist Church Cemetery, Union Grove, N.C. Survivors include a brother, McDonald Barnard, Boone, N.C.; a daughter, Ramona and Jim Evans, Fayetteville; a grandson, Scott and Grismar Westbrook, Prescott, Ariz.; granddaughters, Jessica and Jeff Selander, Cumming, and Jennifer and Brian Preston, Locust Grove, Stacey and Paul Westbrook, Archdale, N.C.; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Westbrook, Sophia, N.C.; and five great-grandchildren. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
