Moms to Moms brunch set for tomorrow
The third annual “Moms to Moms” brunch will be held Thursday, Aug. 28, from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. at Dogwood Church in Tyrone. The event will feature brunch, entertainment by comic Linda Cramer, music, door prizes, and a look at programs for the upcoming year. Childcare will be provided upon request. Community Bible Study starts in P’tree City
Community Bible Study, an interdenominational Bible study program will resume classes in Peachtree City beginning Friday, Sept. 5. All classes will meet from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at Providence United Methodist Church, 592 Bernhard Rd. in Fayetteville. This year’s study is called Servants of God – studying Joshua, Judges, Ruth, I Samuel and II Samuel. A nursery and children’s program are provided. Variety show planned at FFUMC
Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will host the “Celebration” Variety Show with two performances, Sept. 11 and Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. The show will feature comedy skits and musical tunes. Order ‘Angel Food’ from The Branches church
The Branches Community Church in Fayetteville is the host site for ordering food from Angel Food Ministries. Orders will be taken through Sept. 13 on Tuesdays from 6:30-8 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. until noon at the church, 282 Ga. Hwy. 314, Suite B, Fayetteville. The cost is $30 and payment may be made by cash, money order and food stamps. Pickup will be Saturday, Sept. 27, at the same location. Online ordering is available at www.angelfoodministries.com.

Covenant Presbyterian offers Bible study
“Titus ‘Two’sdays,” a free Bible Study for women of all ages will be held each Tuesday morning beginning Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 819 Ga.
