Jennifer Lynn FitzGerald and Jason Michael Babbie were married at Kennesaw United Methodist Church on Saturday, April 19, 2008. Dr. Wallace E. Wheeles officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Lois FitzGerald and the late Robert FitzGerald of Acworth. She is a 2006 graduate of The University of Georgia where she received a bachelor of science in dietetics. She currently is employed by Rockdale Medical Center as a registered dietitian.

The groom is the son of Steven and Lisa Babbie of Fayetteville. He is a 2004 graduate of The University of Georgia where he received a bachelor of business in management information systems. He currently is employed by Hewitt Associates as a systems analyst.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Brian. Lucy Guillory served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Melissa Babbie and Runa Saha.

The best man was Scott Pannell. Groomsmen were Alan Cofer, Michael Coplin, and Bart Leno.

A reception followed at The Pavillion of East Cobb. The couple honeymooned in Italy and now resides in Mableton.
