Mr. and Mrs. David R. Hoeft of Newnan announce the engagement of their daughter, Omanda Alisha Hoeft, to James Denver Helton II, son of Elaine Helton of Mt. Airy and James Denver Helton and Janelle Helton of Demorest. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Kathryn Manning and the late Duron Manning of Fayetteville, and the late Robert and Floyce Hoeft of Lake City. A 2003 graduate of Georgia Southern University and a 2006 graduate of South University, she now practices physical therapy as a physical therapist assistant in the State of Georgia. The future groom’s grandparents are the late Morris Edgar and LaVerne Minter of Gordon, and Alma Peek of Newnan and the late James Helbert “Red” Helton of Newnan. He is a 1991 graduate of Newnan High School and now works for the Department of Corrections of the State of Georgia. The wedding will be Sept. 27, 2008, at 5 p.m. at Parker’s Place in Luthersville, with reception to follow. The newlyweds will reside in Mt. Airy. login to post comments |
