Tonight's scheduled meeting of the Peachtree City Planning Commission has been canceled.

The commission will meet Thursday at 2 p.m. to discuss one of the items that was on the agenda for this evening. The commission will consider approving new exterior colors for the first phase of the Kedron Village shopping center which includes a Kroger store.

Kroger and shopping center officials have said they want the new colors in part to coincide with an extensive remodeling of the grocery store. The company has been asked to provide several different color options to the commission for consideration.

The color scheme is the only item the commission will consider Thursday, according to an agenda for the meeting.
