My friend was attacked six years ago by a guy who terrorized her and promised he would rape and kill her!

He attacked her in June of this year in her apartment building.

If he had been charged six years ago maybe she wouldn't have been attacked this year. Maybe there are other women he has attacked or even killed because that first officer decided to let the matter drop.

Since he's finally been charged can they get his DNA and compare it with other samples from women who have been attacked?
