Marion Oslin Ridenhour Jr., 60, Senoia, died Aug. 12, 2008. He was born Dec. 8, 1947 in Atlanta. He was preceded in death by his father, Marion Oslin Ridenhour Sr. He had resided in Coweta County for over 30 years. He had worked for Delta Air Lines as a Terminal Maintenance Manager for 37 years. He was an active member of Sharpsburg Baptist Church where he served as finance chair, deacon chair, a member of the choir and also as a Sunday School teacher. He had served as the President and Lieutenant Governor for the Optimist Club of Senoia. Memorial services were at the Sharpsburg Baptist Church with Pastor Wallace McAbee officiating. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Anne Bailey Ridenhour, Senoia; mother, Juanita Rountree Ridenhour; children, Tammi Price, Rome, Ga., Daniel Ridenhour and Staci Ridenhour, both of Senoia; a brother, Forrest Dwight Ridenhour, Fairburn; sisters, Mary Callie Sanford, Sandy Springs, and Cecilia Taylor, Fayetteville; and four grandchildren. Memorial donations may be sent to Sharpsburg Baptist Church Building Fund, 6413 Hwy. 54, Sharpsburg, GA 30277. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge. login to post comments |
