The annual Wadsworth Benefit Concert will held tonight in Newnan's Municipal Auditorium at 8 p.m. Newnan native and internationally recognized musician Charles Wadsworth will bring his renowned selection of celebrated young artists to Newnan once again. Local favorites Chee-Yun, violin; Andres Diaz, cello, and Wendy Chen, piano, will be joined by clarinetist Todd Palmer in this very special performance in downtown Newnan. Concert proceeds will be used to provide funds for seats and metal accents to continue the ongoing process of restoring his historic auditorium. General seating tickets are $30, a special price of $15 has been added this year for students, and patron tickets range from $110 to $1,000. For more information call 770-253-0500.
