Actors, Models, and Talent Competition (AMTC) will celebrate their grand opening in a new building on Tuesday, August 26 between 3-7 p.m. Activities are planned throughout the afternoon, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. The event will also feature live performances, inflatable slides and an obstacle course, food, festivities and much more. Local AMTC success stories will host autograph sessions. Come and meet Nathan Pearson from “iCarly,” Christian recording artist Ashley “Rayne” Moore and Mary Charles Jones, who has appeared on “October Road” and in over 13 commercials. Guest VIPs from Elite Atlanta and J Pervis Talent Agency will be on site helping to celebrate. Victoria Duruh with Elite Atlanta enjoys working with AMTC and believes that “for the contestants it may be an experience of a lifetime, but for agents and managers like myself, AMTC is an event that we look forward to each and every season. I have attended so many conventions, but AMTC tips the scale – the talent is superb, professional, and so prepared. My hat is off to the entire AMTC organization.” The owner of AMTC, Carey Lewis Arban, is excited to help local talent connect with international agents and career makers. She has devoted her life to God, her family and AMTC in promoting faith, Christian values and ethics in the talent industry. Arban believes that education and working with the right people are vital for success. “My goal for AMTC is to bring light into the talent industry – to be a launching pad for actors, models, singers, and dancers of faith, integrity and excellence; to provide higher levels of exposure,” she said. “We want to promote a new generation of role models.” AMTC is a star-maker with 26 years of success. Introducing new talent to leading agents from all over the world in a safe, educational, family-involved and uplifting event.
