Ethel Moore Shell, 98, Senoia, the oldest resident in Senoia, died July 16, 2008. She was born Oct. 2, 1909 in Pike County. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with interment at the Senoia City Cemetery.

Survivors include children, Bobby and Jean Shell, Senoia, Janice and Arthur Smith, Savannah, William and Carolyn Shell, Cumming; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a sister-in-law, Virginia Shell Hanson, Palmetto.

Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
