Order ‘Angel Food’ from The Branches church
The Branches Community Church in Fayetteville is one of the local host sites for ordering food from Angel Food Ministries. Orders will be taken now through Friday, Aug. 11, on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. until noon at the church, 282 Ga. Hwy. 314, Suite B, Fayetteville. The cost is $30 and payment may be made by cash, money order and food stamps. Pickup will be Saturday, Aug. 23, at the same location. Order online at www.angelfoodministries.com.

Mt. Olive Baptist plans its own ‘Idol’ search
Mt. Olive Baptist Church Youth department invites all to attend and take part in the first annual Church Idol Search, Saturday, Aug. 2nd, at 6 p.m. Soloists, praise dancers, mime groups, poets, or instrumentalists are all invited to participate.
