DOMESTIC DISPUTE

A domestic dispute does not mean an argument or physical altercation is between a husband and wife or boyfriend and girlfreind , a domestic dispute is domestic between people related or known as friends,neighbors etc. this is eledged to be a domestic between a son and mother, and police must have been informed of this by neighbors or other witnesses or they would not have made this statement, there could also be a history of domestic violance in the hosehold where police have answered calls in the past.
