Why PTC Didn't Make the Top 100 Best Places to Live

Just received the August 2008 issue of Money magazine which includes their annual ranking of America's Best Small Cities (Pg. 94). We didn't make the first cut. Money only considered cities with a population of 50k to 300k. PTC falls about 14k short. Hard to blame city officials for that one.
