Mr. and Mrs. Jorge A. Orraca of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Carina Milene, to Keegan Matthew Dum, son of Mrs. Laura Bay of Austin, Ark., and Francis Dum of Collinsville, Okla.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School, and a 2008 graduate of Georgia Tech where she received a bachelor’s degree in architecture. She is currently working at Spitzmiller & Norris, a north Atlanta architectural firm specializing in residential design.

The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Sylvan Hills High School in Arkansas, and a 2008 graduate of Georgia Tech where he earned a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering. He will be working for Exxon Mobil Oil Company in Houston, Texas.

The couple will be married Sept. 13, 2008, in Atlanta, at The Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. After a honeymoon in the West Caribbean they will reside in Houston, Texas.
