Ruth Rebecca Jones, 82, Fayetteville, died July 9, 2008. She was a longtime member of the East Point United Methodist Church. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Al Busy officiating. Interment was at Forest Lawn Cemetery, College Park. Survivors include a son, F. Wayne and Teresa C. Jones, Fayetteville; and a grandson, Michael Jones, Fayetteville. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
