As part of its B.I.G. Fourth of July weekend activities, Peachtree City Christian Church will welcome Bobby Bowden, head football coach for Florida State University, as its guest speaker Sunday, July 6, at the 10:45 and 11 a.m. worship services.

He led the Seminoles to14 consecutive bowl games, the second longest streak in college football.

Bowden also is universally recognized as a man of great character, deeply rooted in family and devoted to his faith. He frequently speaks to different groups and churches, particularly in the South, about topics ranging from adversity to character.
