Keller Williams Realty, the third largest residential real estate firm in country with more than 615 offices and 54,792 associates, announced recently it has expanded its growing network to the Newnan area by the opening of Keller Williams Realty Connections.

Led by Operating Principal Debbie Burdett and Team Leader Julia Nelson, the newest Keller Williams Realty office, with over 50 agents, will offer Newnan area buyers and sellers exceptional service. The office has functioned for the past year as a Business Center of Keller Williams Realty Professionals located in Peachtree City. Now, Keller Williams Realty Connections is up and running as an independently owned and operated franchise, said Julia Nelson, Team Leader.

Nelson was named team leader recently by Operating Principal Debbie Burdett. “Julia has the knowledge, drive, commitment and integrity to lead our new office to be the number one real estate company in the county,” said Burdett.

“Keller Williams is proud to enter the Newnan area,” said Mo Anderson, CEO of Keller Williams Realty. ”Our company has a policy of limiting its market presence by selecting only the premier partners in any given area. These individuals are top producers, or have the potential to be so. By maintaining our standards of excellence, we can provide Keller Williams Realty customers with the best real estate experience possible.”

Keller Williams keeps its agents performing at the highest level by offering them the most comprehensive educational resource in the real estate industry — Keller Williams University. The company’s level of training, added to its other corporate benefits such as the Agent Leadership Council and Profit Sharing, attracts and retains the best in the business, including Alec and Deborah Boccuti, Hugh and Carol Farmer, Jill Keough, Judie Leveritt, and Vincent and Jacqueline Truong.

“We are so excited to bring Keller Williams to Coweta County. It will offer residents a new, better choice when choosing a real estate company. We are proud of the way we do business and we hope Coweta County residents will think of us when they think of real estate,” said Burdett.

The office is currently located in the White Oak Shopping Center, 1485 Hwy 34 East, with plans to move to a new location, March 1, on the Newnan Crossing Bypass.
