Keller Williams Realty Connections recently announced their 2006 Agent Leadership Council. The Agent Leadership Council is a model for all associates in the Market Center as to how they should operate their own businesses.

The ALC sets annual goals for the Market Center; creates and monitors the annual budget; reviews and assists in the implementation of all training programs and oversees the purchase of technology and recruiting of new agents. The ALC functions much like a corporate Board of Directors.

The top 20 percent of agents in the Market Center serve on the ALC. They are the keepers of the culture, productivity focused, market share driven and marketplace savvy.

Member agents for 2006 are Alec Boccuti, Hugh Farmer, Christie Hayes, Jill Keough, Judie Leveritt, Dianna Pigg, Denise Rimlinger, Scott Worthy, Team Leader Julia Nelson and Market Center Administrator Dee Frost.
