James Aaron Brown, 76, Williamson, died June 16, 2008. He grew up in the Red Oak community, where he loved to work on and race cars. He had a love for Nascar Racing. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, College Park.

Survivors include his daughter, Pamela and Johnny Wright, Williamson; grandsons, Adam Glass, Matthew Wright, and Wesley Wright; great-granddaughters, Lexie, Emily, and Madison; and a brother, Earnest Brown, Alabama.

Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
