A question I have as a survey

A question I have as a survey
What work do you do that is productive
And do you move at it all day
Or is it work that is destructive?

Is your work to make a part
Like, you know, some awesome widget
Or is it to other people outsmart
Or make stilts for a midget?

How much do we do that isn't necessary
And how little do we do that is
Is plotting and scheming unnecessary?
Or are most money makers just a fizz?

As you may know unnecessary goes
When credit to us all simply away blows!
