Peachtree City’s Southern Crescent Aquatic Team hosted its annual Swim With Dad Invitational June 15-16 at the Clayton County Aquatic Center. Nearly 200 swimmers turned out for the competition on Father’s Day weekend.

Southern Crescent swimmers that placed in the top 10 individually were Kaitlyn Allee, Kristen Bates, Jack Beall, Missy Beall, Tony Beall, Lauren Beatty, Jaron Beckwith, Kristen Bohrer, Courtney Bond, Katie Buck, Mark Buck, Tyler Burrell, Whitney Carroll, Bailey Cartwright, Lauren Cartwright, Sydney Cartwright, Noah Copeland, Sydney Currenti, Alexandra Curtis, Erin Egoroff, Presley Fear, Johanna Goldblatt, Rachel Goldblatt, Keaton Hannon, Alex Harmon, Katie Haycraft, Sarah Larson, David Liow, Caitlyn McMinn, David Menchinger, Alex Menke, Justin Moore, Madison Moore, Chris Moroz, Kiersten Mossburg, Austin Palmer, Nic Palmer, Zach Payne, Lauren Phillips, Sarah Phinney, Morgan Presley, Sarah Salinski, Alexandra Schmid, Samantha Schmid, Jordan Schumacher, Lauren Scott, Robby Scott, Haley Smith, Chelsea Stephens, Alec Vazquez, Jordan Watson, Jamie Wright and Kathryn Wurst.

Peachtree City’s summer recreational swim team, The Pirates (in association with the Southern Crescent Aquatic Team), has also had a very impressive summer thus far. The Pirates have remained undefeated competing in the Fayette County Recreational Swimming League while swimming against Highgrove Hurricanes, The Estates Stingrays, Kedron Hills Cruisers, Woodcreek Waves and the Whitewater Creek Sharks.
