CRCT scores Fayette---Clayton

About 4% of Fayette schools failed the test except for math which was 8%.

About 20% of Clayton schools failed the test except one which was 40%!

Is the test wrong or are the students and teachers and administrators wrong?

Shouldn't we be working on something else except teaching the test, or making it easier?
