Thanks for cleaning up

Some nice news, for a change. There are folks in this community who really care, and we owe a debt of gratitude to Lisa Christin and her three young boys.

While doing errands by golf cart last Saturday afternoon, I discovered Lisa and her boys stopping along the path near Wal-Mart picking up all the trash. They had on protective gloves and were filling large trash bags with all the garbage they could see along the path, even though it was hot and humid.

She has them out to do this quite often with nothing in return, other than leaving a trash-free path for all of us to enjoy.

That is, until the next time someone disposes of their garbage, at will, not caring about the consequences.

Thank you, Lisa and sons, for all your hard work and helping to keep Peachtree City a great place to live.
