Another great idea!

For the taxpayers consideration!
What I want the city of PTC to do is to provide some land, leased to me, and then float a bond or a SPLOST, or out of current income, enough money to build for me to manage and get half the profits, a very large ice fishing lake with a roof and tent ends and sides.
I will freeze the water as they do ice skating rinks and will feed the fish from fish food supplied by the city.
One can rent augers with long handles to bore their fishing holes and can keep every fish over two feet in length.
Shacks or sheds will be available for rent on premises---cheap beer furnished and chasers for alcohol that you bring.
Bait will be for sale, do not bring polluting bait from other places and home.

There is a bunch of Yankees moving here soon and will fully occupy the site all year around. Large Carp, Horny Heads, and other trash fish will be stocked.
Just think how the kids will enjoy this fishing!

I understand that the total cost wil be about 20 million out front. If the enterprise happens to lose any money the town will of course make up the difference. A 20 year contract for me is required for making this happen.

We will be known all over the world for this venture.
