The following arrests were made by the Peachtree City Police Department. Those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Robert Daniel, 57, of Carriage Hills Drive, Griffin, Ga. was arrested on June 11, 2008 for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear (Spalding County).

Benard LaJohn Quenn, 19, of Kapler Ellis Road, Fayette, MS was arrested on June 11, 2008 and charged with driving while suspended and defective equipment.

Jeffrey Cyprian Miller, 34, of West Mesa Vista, Las Vegas, NV was arrested on June 11, 2008 for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear (Peachtree City).

Scott Carlton, 45, of Kings Court, Peachtree City, Ga. was arrested on June 6, 2008 for an outstanding warrant for violation of probation (Coweta County).

Jennifer Watkins, 31, of Abbey Road, Peachtree City, Ga. was arrested on June 10, 2008 and charged with financial transaction card fraud.

Harold Norman Brooks III, 18, of Terrane Ridge, Peachtree City, Ga. was arrested on June 11, 2008 and charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce and minor in possession of alcohol.

A juvenile, 15, of Peachtree City, Ga. was arrested on June 11, 2008 and charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Gregory Nathan Mathis, 17, of Magnolia Lane, Peachtree City, Ga. was arrested on June 11, 2008 and charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce and expired tag.

Jeffrey L. Smith, 53, of Dover Trail, Peachtree City, Ga. was arrested on June 11, 2008 and charged with simple battery (family violence).

Ian R. Willis-Cruz 22, of Ridge Road, Tyrone, Ga. was arrested in Peachtree City Municipal Court on June 11, 2008 and charge with violation of probation.

Peter Robert Hutt, 42, of Carnoustie Way, Fayetteville, Ga. was arrested on June 12, 2008 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and expired tag.

Christopher D. Thorton, 29, of Harvest Grove Lane, Conyers, Ga. was arrested on June 12, 2008 for an outstanding warrant for violation of probation (Peachtree City).
