A fund-raiser for Sharpsburg resident Abby Hirsch Phillips will be held Saturday, June 14 at the Tyrone Depot located at 847 Senoia Road. Related to a recent cancer diagnosis, the fund-raiser will feature a spaghetti dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. Live entertainment by Second Time Around will begin at 8 p.m. and continue until midnight.

Business owner Chip Young, along with Paula and Joe Serratelli, will be hosting the fund-raiser. Young said the depot building and the band’s time are being donated. There will be a $10 cover charge for each event.

“One hundred percent of everything collected will go to Abby,” Young said. “People can donate more if they like.”

Dinner includes spaghetti, salad, bread and a drink. The evening will also feature donated items and gift certificates that will be raffled or available for bidding during the night. Anyone wishing to help or donate items is asked to call Chip Young at 770-778-1212 or email him through www.tyronedepot.com.
