The Peach State Aerodrome will host an Antique and Experimental Aircraft Fly-In on Saturday, June 7. The event will feature all types of antique, classic and modern airplanes. Antique cars will also be on display. The parade of flight will begin at 1 p.m., featuring a fly-by of a vintage DC-3 airliner. Visitors will also be able to tour the new Candler Field Museum, expected to open in the fall of this year. Gates open at 9 a.m. Food will be served by the Barnstormers Grill. Biplane rides will be available. If anyone has a vintage automobile, they are welcome to bring them to the show.

Peach State Aerodrome is located 30 minutes south of Peachtree City in Williamson, Ga. The Candler Field Museum is located on the airport and recreates the atmosphere of the old Candler Field Airport as it existed in the 1920s and 1930s. It will eventually consist of seven buildings, including a vintage themed restaurant capable of hosting banquets and corporate functions, a full service hotel located in the Art Deco style Terminal Building, a retirement home for pilots as well an antique aircraft restoration shop.
