Mr. and Mrs. Bud Branan of Alpharetta announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Kathryn, to T.J. Brandenburg, son or Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brandenburg of Fayetteville.

The future bride is a 2003 graduate of Milton High School and a 2007 graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned a bachelor of arts in sociology. She currently is employed by State Bridge Crossing Elementary.

The future groom is a 2002 graduate of Fayette County High School. and a 2006 graduate of Georgia State University, where he earned a bachelor of science in political science. He currently is employed by Coca-Cola Enterprises.

The wedding is planned for June 28, 2008 at Crabapple First Baptist Church. Following a honeymoon to Atlantis in the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Alpharetta.
