As part of a summer mission project, members of Fayetteville First Baptist Church are offering free minor home repairs and maintenance to homeowners within the city of Fayetteville.

Members say they are excited to offer this to the community, especially with the number of single heads-of-households and elderly people in the area who may not be able to perform these tasks on their own.

Repairs could include minor plumbing, electrical, structural or general maintenance projects. Homeowners must supply materials for the project.

An evaluation team from FFBC will come visit the home and meet with the resident to determine the materials necessary to complete the project.
Construction teams will provide the labor free of charge.

Those who are interested may call 770-461-8378 and express their need. An evaluation team will be sent out to the home and meet with residents to schedule and determine the materials needed to complete the project.

Projects will begin the week of June 9 and residents are urged to call as soon as possible.
