Chick-fil-A’s WinShape Foundation has selected Heritage Christian Church in Fayetteville as one of 27 communities in the country to pilot its brand new day camp called WinShape Camps C3.

Heritage will be one of the first communities in the country to experience the life-shaping program of C3 — a week long day camp for completed 1st-6th graders the week of June 9 – 13. With the combination of sports, arts, worship, Bible study, recreation, drama, lights, music, food and fun, WinShape Camps C3 offers something for everyone.

“Kids grow not only on the outside, but on the inside too,” a spokesperson said, “... sharpening their character, growing their relationships and deepening their Christian faith, all within minutes of home and under the caring supervision of a well-trained staff.”

The camp has something for parents too. The last day of camp is called Chick-fil-A Friday Family Fun Day. On this day, all family members will be invited to enjoy the last day of camp and to eat a Chick-fil-A lunch together.

The cost of the camp is $169, with a 10 percent discount for each additional child registered from the same family.

Potential campers are encouraged to register at www.heritagechristian.org while space remains available.

For more information, call 1-800-448-6995, ext. 2396 (Sarah).

Heritage Christian Church is at 2130 Redwine Road in Fayetteville.
