Ground breaking services for a new Parish Life Center were held May 18 at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg. The new building will house a fellowship hall, several classrooms for children, a kitchen, bathrooms, a toddler nursery, and an infant nursery and will be connected to the present sanctuary by a covered walkway. Project manager is David Fjeran of Newnan, who served as the project superintendent for the previous building. Father David Epps and congregation members participated in the ceremony. The church is on Ga. Hwy. 34 between Newnan and Peachtree City. login to post comments |
