CAPTAIN REDWINE'S FAYETTE RIFLE GRAYS - This engaging and interactive program will teach participants about the Civil War and how some Fayette County residents were involved at the time. Watch as re-enactors demonstrate the techniques and tactics of loading/firing muskets, and the use of swords and bayonets. Become part of the action by forming a pretend company, and learn basic formations, marches, and have a company drill. Don’t just learn history, live it! Participants must register in advance.
Ages: 6-11 meet 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Ages: 12-15 meet 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Fee: $10 per person

Office Location: 108 Old Senioa Rd., Fayetteville
(Brick building next to baseball fields on Redwine Rd.)
