Ghost town on the hill

The new Planterra area shopping center my take five years to decide it is to be a ghost town.
Possibly it can eventually be rented to used clothing stores, $1 theater, couple of pawn shops and title loan stores.
A used car lot would look pretty good on the hill!
I just can't see east Coweta people coming there much. I know I avoid the road now when I can.
A couple more drug stores wouldn't hurt, I guess.
Apparently we are going to make up for our loss of manufacturing jobs in this country by retail development! Borrowed money being the thing you know?
