Noah Schmitz, a second grader at Peeples Elementary, won first place in the 23rd annual Kiwanis Club Talent Showcase and Student Art Contest on March 24. He competed among all participating Fayette County first and second graders in art. He received a Blue Ribbon and a $90 cash prize.
