Iraq's oil

At 115.00 dollars a barrel the Iraqi government must be getting pretty rich selling their oil. Since we pay all the bills what are they doing with it?
Anybody seen a P & L or balance sheet? Maybe Rummy took them with him?
Did Petraus get another promotion for handling the oil sales well or was that the guy Crock's doing? Did Petraeus win? That makes about 12 Generals who have won.

Do you suppose we could maybe just borrow some of the Iraqi oil money to fix the Fort Bragg barracks?
I got an idea: put the guys in hotels or poison trailers like we did at Katrina.
There are always tents and sewage ditches.
